Cloaking technology
A Cloaking Device will reduce active search sensors by the total % indicated in its decription. Passive Sensors are not affected.
General Use
Useful to help get within scan or firecon ranges of immobile installations before they can get active sensor coverage of the Cloak Equipped Vessel.
