Crew quarters is a component that provide life support for your crew.
Usage
Each ship design must always include sufficient life support for the crew. During Class Design, the required total is shown. The amount of life support needed is dependent on Deployment Time and the number of Crew. The checkbox "Keep excess Q" can be used to retain spare berths for the crew of parasite craft.
