Use case: The Balor is intended to be used en mass to change the environment of a planet to be more suitable to the species using it. Note, this terraformer has no engines and therefore requires a tug or other tractor capable ship of pulling it into orbit of its desired target. Additionally, it has minimal armor and no other offensive or defensive capability.
