Ship Maintenance
Ships will break down once in a while and require supplies to repair themselves. If they run out the systems on the ship begin failing
Overhaul
Ships age over time and overhauling reverses this at a rate of 1 month in overhaul reverses 3 months of age.
Overhauling requires minerals based on the ship size, components, and the maintenance clock.
