Template for creating an anchor for verses:
- chapter (or parameter 1), the chapter the verse belongs to
- verse (or parameter 2), the verse being linked to
- colour (or color, or parameter 3), over-ride the blue colour of the verses
- notext, define as blank to over-ride the display of the verse number
