Description
Provides capacity to house ground troops. Assigned ground troops defend the PDC and receive a combat bonus dependent on PDC armor.
Usage
PDCs usually cannot fight landed ground troops without nuking the planet themselves, thus they need protection on the ground, else they are susceptible to an invasion force breaking through to the planet and capturing it.
