Building a Sector Command HQ in a colony allows you to appoint a Civilian Leader as Sector Governor. One quarter of his boni, like mining or factory production, apply to all colonies in the sector.

You have to research sector command tech before you can build a Sector Command HQ.

A Sector Command HQ cannot be transported.

To define sectors, click the Sectors button on the Economics window.
